Vaneras from the EU forums officially announced that Guild Banks will go live in the 2.3 patch alongside Zul'aman:

The Guild bank feature is still being worked on, however it is currently scheduled for release in the future patch 2.3.

Guild bank managers can rejoice as no longer will they have to sign on the bank characters for 30 minutes following every raid.
