Even more deaths have occurred now that patch 2.1 has gone live and Hyjal / Black Temple attunements have started happening. A hotfix went live shortly after Nihilum reported that they could only loot 1 Black Temple attunement item from Rage Winterchill, allowing their entire raid to loot the item.

Nihilum has taken down Shade of Akama, Gurtogg Bloodboil, and Teron Gorefiend (who was never killed on the PTR without assistance). Loot and kill shots are available on their site.

Forte has gone the other path, focusing their efforts on the epic battle of Hyjal, scoring the world first kill of Anetheron. World of Raids has a loot shot.
