Male Draenei Shoulder Change

The slight reduction in male Draenei shoulder size that many people noticed on the PTRs is intended according to Hortus in this post:

This was an intended change, Male Draenei shoulders were larger than intended before.

The majority of responses seem to be in agreement with the change, as many players experienced severe clipping with the old models.
