 Having played Alliance since launch, the whole debate over fear ward was never of much concern to me...until I rolled Horde. Since then I've engaged in lengthy debates with my old Alliance raiding buddies about the difference that fear ward makes when it comes to raiding both before and after BC. They all end the same: "Fear ward should really be given to all the priests, not just Alliance ones. It's not a conspiracy against the Horde, nor does it solidify the idea that Horde are meant for PVP and Alliance for PVE."
Well Drysc just confirmed the fact that it was just a bad decision on the devs part to include priest racials in the first place. While no final say has been made on the status of fear ward and whether or not it'll be given to the Horde, several suggestions at Blizzcon seem to point to some sort of solution being put into place.
Also, I'm not sure if anybody else noticed this from the scant few screens that did escape alpha-WoW, but the models from Caverns of Time (and some quests on Bloodmyst Isle) are indeed those from pre-beta WoW.
