Tickets for Blizzcon 2007 have already sold out after being available for only a few days. Barring an addition of more tickets or some wheeling and dealing, anybody who doesn't have a ticket currently will probably be unable to attend.
This is the second Blizzcon, the first being held in 2005. Blizzcon 2005 also sold out, but it took significantly longer than this year.
