how to buy a white troll 1000G raptor

I want to buy a white 1000G raptor, I found I can not buy it. it there any quests before I get it.

Unless its on the troll list of bought elites...at the starter village by the coast...then it might be in the officers hall of Ogrimmar for pvp rank...I believe Leutenant General is rank needed and the pvp elites are 80g vs 1000g for regular elites.

I have not seent he white one..but my guess if it is real its an officers mount.

Don't think white raptors even exist, and the Honor Rank one is black (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/pvp/rewards-mounts.html)

They took the white ones out when they added the armored ones. The only people that have them are the ones that bought them before the patch.
