hey guys....well i bought the game 2day and i cant decide what to go... i mean like race/occu wise and whats the best server 2...just post answers or advice thnx guys

This is how i like to put it:

PvE server: people who want to do less of the raiding and more quests, and farming.

PvP server:  People who want to kill the other faction.

RP server: people who like to actually live there character.

as for making a character, its up to you.  What i did is i picked with class i wanted to play 1st.  And then i picked the race that would be best for the class.

1. PVE- first to talk crap on PVP servers and how they suck and are all gankers who dont have skill. yet these "carebears" are on a pve server to avoid true danger of PVP as they quest.

2. RP- Seriously ill people who like to just gripe about every name they see not fitting the TOS perfectly in there own minds. Besides that difference I say they are the more mentally ill gamers of all servers.

3. PVP- cant cross factions like have a dwarf and undead on the same server. Full of killers ..no room for mercy or kindness to enemy of your faction. You will get flamed if you do.  True belonging to a faction feeling in pvp servers.  Slower to level vs PVE RP because as you quest....in contested lands...there is a chance someone from the other side will spot you and kick your ass.

If you ask why I despise PVE players, read most of what PVE players say about US pvp people

I reviewed many threads with pvp vs pve chatter...and 75% of the flames came from PVE toward PVP calling us skill less ganking 14 year olds...

Makes no sense ...Common sense says PVP players join pvp to PVP more...more pvp= more skill by practice'

Pve people join pve because: they dont like the being attacked at anytime and dont like to PVP as much as pvpers do. 

anyway..explains why I bash PVE players....spineless bastards too afraid to roll PvP and see for themselves how much harsher and nastyer the pvp is.

I agree with you, about how guys on PvE servers dont like to get ganked anywhere.  Mostly because, i have tried, and basically it is really hard to lvl in your upper lvls because its all contested area, and with the honor system out, all everyone is out to do is kill each other.  I really dont care wich one i am on, however PvP does have its downfall, because you cant have characters from different factions. 

Also what you said about PvE servers, you really have to specify on what server you are talking about, because my PvE server, (on the horde side at least) they dont really talk any trash about PvP servers, because in the end we are all horde fighting the alliance.  I actually have met some people who think that guys are PvP servers have some guts because they can get sooo far while getting ganked.  the only trash we really talk about is the alliance.  So basically what i want to say is dont look down on all of us PvE ers because not everyone looks at you that way.

most of the trash talk is over on VN boards...reason I like warcry mods regulate well here.  I know official boards pve people have been shot out of the water for just making a peep in pvp forums....so no issue there. Mainly VN people.

Hyjal players on VN seem to mouth off often. And I have been on Hyjal....the minority or majority I cant tell seems to be negative towards pvpers.  Soon as I say "oh this isn't my main im here to hang with a buddy im on daggerspine"    The oh your on Pvp chat starts....they think "assume" we all just gank greys and purposely hunt them^^ No cause it's a waste of time to look for them. But if im walking down a path and a group of lvl 40s is nearby...yes im attacking your asses. =)

Nice to hear that PVE player actually respect us on PVP...cause we dont  bash PVE on myserver...not once have we brought it up.  Only time I do see any mention of it is when somebody crys about ?? or skull rolling them in Horde lands .....(hello dont attack=no flag=no rolling) lol...some people are dense I tell yah. People are quick to suggest PVE the second you whine.

undead warrior totally and here is a suggestion if you hate being ganked by aalliance dont go with a pvp sever very bad idea lol :ROFL:

dude,.. when i was starting to play WoW. that was the same question i posted in some forums. my advise is that go visit the wow site and read everything about the race, class... they have there own specialty.. and choose pvp server. its much fun in there... enjoy...
