I am stumped right now on names. I don't really know how Dwarven names go in Warcraft, can anyone help me out with that? Some suggestions would be nice too :GRIN:

I believe there is a random name generator when you create your character. The names it generates should be consistant with the WoW names of the race you're choosing to make. :)

The random name generator is completly random. I treid it for a undead and i got names like Linda. So i think it just picks any names from a database. I know they have a lot of fantasy name genrators out there just search fo some. Any good one should let you pick what the race is to make names so you should find some dwarvish like names from that.

I remember someone creating a name generator for races specificly, go to gamespot.com and go the the world of warcraft page.  The name generator should be under the downloads section there

But anyway, here's a couple of links to good name generators if anyone is interested. One of them you have to download and one of them is on the web-page itself, but the download file works just fine and is virus free, trust me!

You can generate male and female given names, as well as "realistic" surnames (such as Norrak, Agadar, and Tokadal) and more generic "fantasy" surnames (such as Stonespear, Rockheart, and Trollbane). All told, the generator is capable of giving more than 500 million possible combinations (that's not a typo).

Since elf names are more complicated, there are many more possible results - more than one hundred billion, actually.
