ok this is a question that has been 1000 times but in beta there is no shadowmeld but i found a pick where you see racial abilities and it says shadowmeld and its a pretty new foto if you look on the graphics its the latest update  just read under the race things and in the bottom it says shadowmeld  heres the link

Yes, even now when creating a Night Elf it gives shadowmeld as a racial ability, even though its not implemented. I don't know if they'll remove it or if they'll finally put it in, but right now it doesn't work.
My personal thought is they'd better give the other races some pretty good racial abilities (beyond what they've listed before) if Night Elves are gonna get shadowmeld.

undead have really good racial abilities and humans have som extra stuff its like im a Night Elf lover i just love the hole race and i really hope they get shadowmeld cant they at least fix as they were talking about before that they arent fully invisible but only so you cant see them that good and its good for sneaking that would rock

The only thing Humans had was an extra skill point every four levels, and now that skill points are done differently they have no racial abilities whatsoever. So we'll see what happens when Blizzard finally turns their attention to fixing and balancing racial abilities. Which is probably pretty low on the priority list.
