I am trying to build a good and soild PvP Shaman. Now I have looked at all the talent points options and well I am thinking about going more Enhancement option. The reason behind this is because you can't go all out nuker for then you have a big weakness when all your mana is gone. If you go the Restoration you can have all the mana you want with Mana Tide Totem...At rank 3 with this totem you get 240 mana every 3 sec for 12 sec and the totem is only 60 mana to cast. But if you go that road there is no way you can PvP, you will be all about healing and healing others. So the only way to make a good pvp build is to go this road.
Elemental Combat: (15) Concussion 5/5 Convestion 5/5 Call of Flame 5/5
Now with those your shock spells do more Damage and cost less to cast. With the Call of Flame will help out the fire totems...which I see you should have out...its a DoT like the fire shock spell. You have those going off and also you hitting them with a 2 handed weapon...the DMG will add up.
Enhancement: (21) Ancestral knowledge 5/5 Thundering Strike 5/5 Two-Handed axe and maces 1/1 Improved ghost wolf 2/2 Improved Lightning Shield 3/3 Flurry 5/5
Ok this is how I see it, with windfurry on and using a two handed mace also having Flurry backing it up...all I can see is a two handed weapon going nuts. Improved Lighting shield is kind of like another dot...another dmg to add in the mix. Thindering Strike gives you more % to do Crits.
Restoration: (15)
Tidal Focus 5/5 Totemic Focus 5/5 Improved Leser healing wave 5/5
With those points you have totem cost less...and healing spells cost less and have a 75% chance that when you are casting lesser healing you will not stop casting.
I am looking for help here. If you think this is a bad build let me know. I am trying to build something that can kill in PvP and be great in Group vs Group. I know that Shamans are not great in Group vs group ...and they are great in PvP but I want the best of both worlds :). If I can't get both then PvP is good enough.
