How I Mine 4 Fish?  Posts: 90 Joined: 12 Sep 2005   | As a 60 hunter I have had lots of pets. All of them will fight back in defensive mode. In passive pets generally wont fight, but that doesn't mean something wont decide to take a swipe at you or your pet if you get too close. Of the raptors I have had, I remember them being pretty good pets. Other pets all seem to agro about the same. I think as you gain more experience managing your pet, you will have less trouble with it. Your pet is where you want the agro, on him and off you. That's why you are ranged and growl is the first thing to teach your pet. If I was you I would go for Echeyakee next. He is a great lion, just a couple of more levels and you can have him. right now i have a raptor but he aggros to much crap even on passive mode so i was wonderin if there's any non rare pets i could get that would do more damage then a raptor someone told me the lowest lvl wind serpent was like lvl 18 or id get one of those when i lvled up
