Slack offs, raid loggers, bad players, and ignorant people are not tolerated, and thus, we hold a high standard to everything we do, in game and outside of it.
A Brief History
Whacked and Zelai: Lovers and leaders from the start, both have been playing since game release and thus possess a huge amount of game knowledge. Both have been in officer and raid leading roles, more notably a Naxxramus guild pre BC.
But all good things must come to an end. Drama, unhappiness and a change in work schedules sent them away from that guild a month after Burning Crusade, and so they started their search for the right group of people to progress with.
With each guild they played with, they brought 100% dedication, incredible performance, and impeccable timing.
Hopes for others to do the same greatest in their minds, they dealt with months of backlogging in said guilds, people raid logging, not showing, looting up and leaving, as well as performing terribly, setting said guilds behind further and further. They met dozens, hundreds of people on their journey through many realms, most of them all selfishly trying to get their moneys worth out of the game, stepping on others and abusing the leaders that were so nice to them, that had tried so hard to build friendships and bonds within the guilds.
It has come to this. if you want something done right, do it yourself. This Is Absolution was born.
What they search for, now, is just a little bit of heart in each person they play with. It is what drives many guilds today that stand atop the rest. When you play with a guild, you play with the people that make it. Those that use guilds as stepping stones will never understand the feeling of accomplishment and dedication that those in these guilds feel. And thus, This Is absolution IS, absolution, for anyone who may seek it.
This guild is seeking those who play the game for the people. Only core members, no fillers. Meet 3 criteria for consideration. Dedication
Forcing yourself to push onward on wipe nights. Coming with 100% consumables, A+ game, every attempt, trash farm new or old content. Helping your fellow guildmates, keying, profession assistance, being THERE. Maturity
Speaks for itself. There is a time for fun, always, knowing when that time is separates the mature from the immature. The acknowledgement of the fact that things do not go your way all the time. The fact that there are people better than you out there. The ability to take things in stride, and move on. Activity
If you don't have the wherewithal to log in 3-4 nights a week for even a short time, we don't have the wherewithal to give you anything. You get what you give, here. This ensures good raid attendance, yielding higher success in progression over all, by taking the same people.

We raid Friday Saturday Sunday Monday starting between 7-8pm PST through approximately 11pm-1am server
