I have a hunter who now has the passive training ability to duel wield which I think means can now use 2 one handed weapons like a sword or mace in both hands and is at level 23? I would like to be able to equip him but when I try to put another weapon in that other slot I he is not ready yet so what must I do or is their some one I need to talk to to get some more training?

make sure u trained the skill at your skill trainer, then go to the wep trainer (wep shops in town) and make sure u get the ability to use a specific type of wep. mace, sword, axe etc. Personly i think hunters should use 2handed weps, sense your mainly just using them for there stat attributes.

May sound obvious, but you'd be amazed how many people overlook this little detail and then get shouted down as noob for asking.. so ill save you some possible heckling and point out that Its also worth noting that if a weapon is specified as "main hand" then it can only be used in the main attack hand slot and not as a secondary weapon for purposes of dual wielding. Anything not listed as main hand (or 2handed, obviously) however can be used offhand provided as the previous poster notes that you have the relevant weapon skill to use the weapon you want to slot.
